Report Infringement

At GodsOwnChild.com, we are deeply committed to fostering an inclusive and respectful digital space for the autism community. Our platform hosts a wide array of original, curated, and user-submitted content, including educational materials, blogs, infographics, downloadable resources, and motivational stories.

Given the nature of our content— which may include publicly shared materials, third-party references, and user-generated contributions—there may be instances where content inadvertently infringes upon copyright or intellectual property rights.

We take such concerns seriously. If you believe that any material published on our website violates your rights, we request you to notify us immediately, so we may investigate and take appropriate corrective action.

What Constitutes Infringement?

You may report a potential infringement if:

  • • Your copyrighted work (text, image, video, graphic, downloadable file, etc.) has been used without permission or proper attribution.
  • • Your trademarked brand name, logo, or proprietary identity is being misused.
  • • Content has been copied, adapted, or shared without your authorization or a valid license.
  • • You are the authorized agent or rights-holder and believe your intellectual property has been compromised.

How to Submit a Copyright or IP Violation Notice

Please send a detailed email to: copyrights@godsownchild.com

Include the following mandatory information in your complaint:

  1. Your Full Name and Organization (if applicable)
  2. Email Address and Contact Number
  3. Detailed Description of the Infringed Work
e.g., title, format (image, article, etc.), publication link if applicable
  4. Exact URL or Location of the infringing content on GodsOwnChild.com
  5. Proof of Ownership
(This can include registration certificates, published links, or official statements)

Our Review and Response Process

Once we receive a valid infringement notice:

  • • We will acknowledge your email within 3 business days
  • • Conduct a preliminary internal review
  • • If the claim appears valid, we may remove or temporarily disable the content
  • • We may reach out to the content contributor (if applicable) to share the claim and offer a chance to respond
  • • Based on the outcome, a final decision will be made, which may include content removal, crediting the original creator, or reinstating the content if a counterclaim is valid

We aim to complete the review process within 7 business days of receiving all necessary information.

Important Notes

  • • Filing a false or misleading infringement report is a serious offense under applicable laws.
  • • If you are unsure whether the material violates your rights, we suggest consulting a expert before submitting a complaint.
  • • We reserve the right to request additional verification or documentation where necessary.
  • • Submissions unrelated to IP rights (e.g., content dislike, factual disputes, general concerns) should be sent through our Contact Us page instead.
