Cancellation & Returns

We strive to ensure that every interaction you have with our platform—whether you're purchasing a product or booking a service—is smooth, transparent, and satisfactory. However, we understand that there may be instances where cancellations or returns are necessary. This page outlines our policies to help guide you through such scenarios with ease.

Product Returns

We accept returns on most products within 7 days of delivery, provided certain conditions are met:

Eligibility for Returns:
  • • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and user manuals intact.
  • • Returns are accepted only if initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • • You can request a return by visiting your Customer Panel > Order History and selecting the relevant order. Please provide a brief reason for the return when submitting your request.
  • • Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions, including how and where to send the product back.
Non-Returnable Items:

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, customization, safety concerns, or regulatory guidelines. These items will be clearly marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product detail page before purchase.

Product Cancellations

Before Dispatch:

If your order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse, you can cancel it anytime from your Customer Panel under Order History . The amount will be fully refunded to your chosen refund method.

After Dispatch:

Once the order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. However, you may still initiate a return after receiving the item, in accordance with our return policy.

Service Cancellations

Applies to all bookings, including therapy sessions, consultations, assessments, etc.

  • • Services can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.
  • • To cancel, go to your Customer Panel > Service Bookings and choose the relevant booking to initiate cancellation.
  • • Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the service) or no-shows may not be eligible for refunds and may incur cancellation fees, depending on the service provider’s policy.
  • • In case of any emergency or genuine reason, please contact us directly for consideration on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds

Once your cancellation or return request is approved and processed, your refund will be issued promptly.

Refund Options:

You can choose between:

  • 1. Original Mode of Payment – Refunds will be processed to your bank account, credit card, or wallet used at the time of payment. (Standard processing time: 5–7 business days)
  • 2. GoC Wallet Credit – Options to receive your refund in your GoC Wallet, which can be used to purchase any product or service on our platform at any time in the future, without any expiry limit. This is often the fastest refund option.
